MKE has been producing ammunition for over a century with its modern systems, and for six centuries drawing on the legacy inherited from the Ottoman era.
Today, the process begins with the production of our own raw materials at the Steel and Brass Factory in Kırıkkale, continues with the manufacture of our own propellants at our Powder Factory, and culminates in the Ammunition Factory, where all munitions for our weapon systems are produced entirely with in-house capabilities.
